In effort to make access to information easier for our citizens, we have posted a few policies and permits that are commonly requested. This is not a comprehensive list of our policies and forms.

Planning & Zoning Board Meetings
The first Thursday of the month at 8:00am. (Only during March through November)
Located at the Turtle River Town Hall. (Subject to change due to weather, etc.)

Zoning Fees:
- Land use permit is $125 (house/residence).
- After the fact land use permit is $250 plus legal fees.
- Accessory structure (garage, other structures not used as a residence) is $75.
- After the fact accessory structure permit is $150.
- Conditional use permit is $300 or $500 if a special Town Board meeting is required.
